Crazy For CrossFit or Just Plain Crazy


Oh hello! Happy Tuesday, guess what Y'ALL! I just stepped it up a notch or two! This ol' blog will now have a weekly feature post.... Allow me to introduce you to "Crazy for CrossFit or just Plain Crazy"

Natey and I have started crossfit again! YES YES this girl once upon a time could do a pull up or two! Last year around this time Nate and I joined CrossFit Fort Pierce... we started out on a 3 month deal. (January through April) Well right around April is when Nate and I were homeless and had to move in with my folks in Stuart. So we opted to take a break. Well the BREAK IS OVA! 

ITS ABOUT TIME!

So in the spirit of being bat shit crazy I decided to start a weekly post to track my progress... a.k.a moan and groan about the crazy shiat I am about to put my body through. 

Week 1: Weight 121.4   Mood - Excited, Determined, Scared Shitless! 

Tone that tummy!

 Bring on the Ab workouts!

Okay so I think we get the point! My goals for the next three months are to:
1. Survive. 
2. Be able to finish a WOD RX STYLE!
3. Do a pull up without the bands.
4. Beat some dude in an arm wrestle!

The hard part is that I am also going to school 3 nights a week. Luckily Natey said he would make dinner etc ...so on some nights I'll be hittin up that 7:30 class! On other nights ill take my booty to the bridge! 

So for this week it looks like my CF Schedule is: 
Tuesday - 5:30 - Tonight's WOD (workout of the day)

5 rounds  
5 deadlifts (275/185) 
10 burpees

Wednesday - 7:30
Thursday - NO SCHOOL - CF 5:30
Friday - 5:30
Saturday - Run the bridge
Sunday Rest!
